The Brook FGC 2 and P5 adapters are the simplest options for getting the Xbox Adaptive Controller to work with the PlayStation 5. The Brook FGC 2 or P5 must first be updated to the latest firmware found on the Brook website. Then the Xbox Adaptive Controller can simply plug into the Brook FGC 2 or P5 and connect to the PlayStation 5.
